This policy explains the terms for refunds and cancellations.

Guaranteed Refund: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are eligible for a guaranteed refund within 7 days of the transaction date. To request a refund, please email us at support@mylabsolver.com with your transaction details.

Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the month for which you have paid. No additional charges will be applied following cancellation.

Additional Refund Requests: Refunds beyond the 7-day guarantee period may be offered at our discretion. If you believe you qualify for a refund after the initial 7 days, please contact us at support@mylabsolver.com with your request and supporting details. We will evaluate your request on a case-by-case basis.
